Rental property

We have some rental properties that we list on behalf of the owners. We simply put renters in touch with the owners and let them make their own arrangements. Please note that if you want to rent one of these properties it is your responsibility to ensure that the property is suitable.

FURNISHED

These properties are available for short term rentals, with a minimum stay of 1 month. They are aimed at people coming on extended research trips or who need a base when they first arrive in the country.

• Two bed furnished first floor apartment in Lower Lonsdale -this two bed apartment is in the same building as the one bed. On the first floor, it has a large, safe and enclosed patio so is ideal for kids and pets. see more
• Apartment in Central Lonsdale, North Vancouver
  This one bed apartment is in a brand new (2008) building in the heart of Lonsdale. With a gourmet kitchen, heated wood floor, and fully furnished, this is a great place for your arrival in Canada. Nurses note that this is a block from Lionsgate Hospital.
• Apartment in Cambie
  This 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is in the Cambie area of Vancouver. The apartment is in a brand new (in 2006) building (The Olive) and is in a handy location for the west side and downtown. Available summer 2008.
• Apartment in Downtown, Vancouver
  Furnished one bed and den in downtown. The building has a gym. Available summer 2008
• Apartment in Coal Harbour, Vancouver
  Available during summer months only. Enquire about availability in 2008.
• Coming in sping/summer 2008 we have a brand new apartment in Central Lonsdale.

UNFURNISHED

Most landlords are looking for long term tenants when they lease their places unfurnished. The minimum rental period is usually 1 year but sometimes shorter periods are available by negotiation. Renting unfurnished is cheaper than furnished.
